Who we are
These terms are between you and CYBERED LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we”). They cover the technology services we provide directly to small businesses and the information on gocybered.com. Our products, such as Evenbooks (evenbooks.org) and TechnoHedge (technohedge.com, open-source investment tools), each have their own terms on their own sites.
What we do
We provide small, scoped technology services: setup and migration, simple websites and tools, and advice. Before any paid work starts we agree the scope and the price in writing, usually by email. That written agreement, together with these terms, is the whole contract for that work.
Fees and payment
Work is billed at the flat price or hourly rate quoted in writing before we start. Invoices are payable within 14 days by card or bank transfer through Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card details. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Some work we do for free as a way of giving back; we will tell you clearly when that is the case.

Your responsibilities
You confirm you are entitled to give us access to the accounts, systems and data involved in the work, and you keep copies of anything important. You remain responsible for your own business decisions, filings and compliance.
Our responsibilities and limits
We will do the work with reasonable care and skill and tell you promptly if something goes wrong. Our advice is general technology guidance and is not legal, accounting or tax advice. Services are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the work concerned in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data.
Confidentiality
We keep what we learn about your business confidential and use it only to do the work. See our privacy policy for how we handle personal information.
Changes and law
We may update these terms by posting a new version here; the version in force when you engage us applies to that work. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming, unless the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be taken away.
