Privacy policy
Who we are
CYBERED LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we”), is responsible for the personal information described here. Our products, such as Evenbooks and TechnoHedge, have their own privacy policies on their own sites.
What we collect
When you contact us or hire us: your name, email address, business name, and whatever you choose to tell us about your systems so we can do the work. When you pay us: Stripe processes the payment and gives us your name, email, and the last four digits and brand of your card; full card details never reach us. When you visit this site: our hosting provider (Railway) keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for a short time to run and secure the service. This site uses no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies.
What we do with it
We use your information to reply to you, to do the work you hired us for, to invoice you, and to meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell it, share it for advertising, or use it to train models.
Who else sees it
Only the providers we need to run the business: Stripe (payments), Railway (hosting), and our email provider. Each acts on our instructions under their own agreements. We disclose information otherwise only if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Correspondence and project notes for as long as we work together and a reasonable period afterwards. Invoices and payment records for seven years, as tax law requires. Access we were given to your systems is removed when the work ends.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will unless we are legally required to keep it. Write to ed@gocybered.com.
